Hi everyone, I have just finished installing my DPSAM and I was wondering if anything could give me a hand with an issue that I am having. I am running the latest official release of DPSAM with MySQL 4.1.22 and my users are all virtual users. Everything is working find, although the spam catching is still very low. I guess I would have to do some training before and in order to do it I would have to forward my email back to the DSPAM server.
The problem is, every time when I forward a message to the spam alias I get the error below in the logs. Every message that dspam analyses has a signature in the body AND in the header but when it is sent for training back something seems to go wrong. dspam[67852]: Signature retrieval for '2,460fd257672191721785640' failed dspam[67852]: Unable to find a valid signature. Aborting. dspam[67852]: process_message returned error -5. dropping message. Any ideas why it is happening? Thanks a lot in advance. Vini
