Short response : no
Dspam does only statistical filtering, based on word occurences. It has no idea what an
"URI" is.
Correct, but if one's site is using dspam out of Postfix >= 2.3 (as mine
do), there's a Sendmail milter which will do that - obviously Sendmail
can do it as well.
