Well, it seems that I know what the problem is. Spam is being delivered
to our backup MX and then the mail gets delivered to our end mail
server. Explains why theres a dspam signature but none located on the
primary MX server.

Any easy way to combat this? Share rules somehow? Need something like a
two way sync, except dspam stores mailboxes as a single file so I can't
simply sync all files between the two servers.
