Not on my 2 rigs (home and work) it doesn't. It gets nearly all of it, after having trained it.
The only stuff dspam doesn't get is those insidious "You've received a greetings card" things, but a simple Postfix pcre body filter killed all those stone dead. like swatting flies.
Last day it produced much more than usual, and much more than acceptable amount of false-negative (more than 50% of this spam type remained unidentified). May I miss some configuration option which can solve this? I use 3.6.8, as it is in the official Debian.
