Normally, you pass in a "Trusted User" (look for Trust in the dspam.conf file) and dspam will then switch to the UID embedded in the signature for processing. I suspect what you need to do is to add the user that is actually executing the reclassification script as a Trusted User and then pass that in as the --user parameter. For example, I run the webgui under a special user "dspam" and have added that as a Trusted User.
