Hello group,

It's possibly not the best forum for this question but I didn't find  
a better option. I tried to read the

document from the

web page but the link there leads to lalaland :-( Since I found no  
easy method to notify the webmaster so I decided to ask if anyone  
here might have this document stored somewhere on his/her harddrive?
