I've used MySQL as backend to dspam since 2.7 and I'm very happy with it.
I think I should switch to the mysql driver. Most tutorials refers to this
Up to you.
And the last question (for now ;) ):
Does anyone knows an admin-interface for the user creation ?
I have all my 1150+ users in LDAP and wrote my own scripts for
adding/removing them from First-Middle-Last name ASCII lists.
I hoped that there were already some frontends or scripts available.
I stole some shell stuff, but not particularly with regard to what I
wanted to do with OpenLDAP and dspam (though with hindsight with an
*awful* lot of relevance to what I have to do with OpenLDAP itself).
The Perl stuff about adding LDAP users I wrote for myself after studying
beginners' Perl intensely.
I've mostly forgotten how what Perl rules I used for using LDAP users
from ASCII First-Middle-Last names (particularly applicable to Dutch and
German names, "Bart van der Host", "Gijs Dutry van Haaften van Lelyveld"
etc.), but the Perl stuff includes an *awful* lot of Perl regexps and an
*awful* lot of swapping regexp elements into variables.
