So how can i fix the undefined symbol DO_DEBUG probel without use
--enable-debug features ??

Unless you have a hugely loaded MTA, then be content with the
--enable-debug compiled binary.
Soon you'll be getting DB problems and thee binary as it is will be an
aid to solving them, as it has been to many.
