Sorry about my previous mail, dspam is NOT shared across the SMTPs. In
fact each has a first layer of filtering (through RBL, header checks...)
and then each relay to a single DSPAM SMTP server, with local delivery.

I suppose it's not clever to share the datadir amont several machines,
due to nfs locking problems notably on users's quarantine mailbox file.

By the way, is there a way for dspam to use Maildir instead of mailboxes
for the quarantined mails ?

Cheers,

  Nicolas
