This was weird...
I removed --enable-ldap from the configure option and it configured just fine.
Since LDAP support was included here for future use, this is not really an
issue now.
LDAP support for dspam is really not required unless one is doing
particularly exotic things; it'd used only for checking that a user is a
uid in the LDAP DB, something my Postfix sites have already done before
they accept mail for that user at all.
