There were 27 originally, of which I believe 3 overlapped with patches posted
to these lists. I was pointed to the tarball at
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles/dspam-3.8.0-patches-20071122.tar.gz,
which may still be available. A short description of the integrated patches
follows:

* Relaxed group member matching
* Improved error handling on shutdown
* Ensure notification paths exist
* MySQL reconnect patch
* On client sending errors, send partial message with \r\n instead of \n
* Training skips broken tests and signatures, rather than exiting
* Look for the last @ symbol in addresses (not the first)
* Optimize database tables with dspam tokens and signature data
* Deprecated LDAP
* Pkglibdir in Makefile.am
* Hash driver and cssclean.cgi
* Improved line-ending for CGI scripts
* Improve config autodetection in configure.ac
* Take the configuration directory value from sysconfdir
* Preserve uid, gid, and permissions on the logfile during rotation
* Updates the storage driver location and trust setting in dspam.conf.in.
* Enable domain quarantine.
* Set the default pid file to be /var/run/dspam/dspam.pid if not specified.
* Fix quotes in PGSQL driver.
* Print dspam startup message to stdout instead of stderr
* Silences dspam daemon startup
* Fixed warnings for MySQL and PGSQL.
* Link dynamically instead of statically.
* Moved manpages into the right sections.

Each of these are also enumerated in the CHANGELOG.
