I have not looked at the CVS and don't know what is running there. I will not
use the CVS stuff. If DSPAM gets a new release then I will look into. But now
CVS is for me Gentoo patches (most submitted anyway by me) + some other small
patches + DSPAM 3.8.0

And I run Gentoo and have more patches and fixes then the current CVS. Using
CVS is in some sort a downgrade for me.

Anyway... could you grep the patches and look which of them does change the
tools?

Maybe your problem is the patch which does modularize libdspam?
