Users get an initial message stating filtering is active, but other than
that it is up to the users to check on a daily or semi-weekly basis for
any false-positives.
I stole the basic idea from Desknow(tm): I have my vmail user look in
peoples' IMAP quarantine/new directories for any unread messages every
day and mail them with a warning. It's a simple shell script and/but
wouldn't necessarily suit everybody's situation.
