I have a few 1000 messages in my Inbox and Spam folders that have been sorted and retrained correctly by Dspam (and hence have X-Dspam headers) and now I would like to use those messages to pre-train a new users database. I've rtfm but I am confused as to which dspam_* program is best to use in this situation?
