Thanks for the help. I already have a cron that rotates them but I just
zero'd them out and still the "history" tab is taking about 20-30
seconds. The debug log was 21mb, and the messages log was 6mb. My
dspam_signature_data table is at 75mb and my dspam_token_data table is
at 53mb. Are these large sizes?

Check the log file in the dspam directory. It tends to grow large,
and when it does, the cgi sucks up alot of memory and time.
I have a cron job which culls the file every week.
I do the same. The downside to this is that it also crops the history
graphs and stuff.
