Postfix is configured with content_filter=lmtp:inet:127.0.0.1:24 and dspam is configured with DeliveryHost 127.0.0.1, DeliveryPort 10026 and DeliveryProto SMTP. (and postfix accepts mail there :)). I'm also using the mysql driver: StorageDriver /usr/lib/dspam/libmysql_drv.so (and I configured MySQLServer etc). All the rest is pretty standard I think.
