Yes, you set DeliveryProto and DeliveryHost to the postfix smtp server,
on another port than where your incoming mail came in. Then you
configure postfix to deliver the mail using dovecot's "deliver" program.

Don't forget to set
TrustedDeliveryAgent "/usr/sbin/sendmail"
(otherwise dspam won't have a way to get the mail back to postfix).
