Don't know if is a known issue, but calling a scene INC/DEC
(sceneNumber = 11/12 respectively on Json API) on a device has the
opposite result (calling INC, I see that the output value decrease and
vice-versa). SceneNumbers on the API are switched? I'm developing a
driver and testing it with https://testrack2.aizo.com:58080.
