Ok on that John, I noticed that while I had internet browsing with the
aircard, Once I connected to the DD Lan on VK4RGC A (rps), I lost the
browser internet connection until I disconnected the DD Lan again.
The program I mentioned before has some great features, file transfer
etc, which may be easier than exploring the
network. I do have putty setup too, thanks for that.
I need to check internet connection settings next time I try. Learning
as I go....

my settings are;
     MyCall: VKTUX
      UrCall: VK4RGC
        RPT1: VK4RGC A
        RPT2: VK4RGC G

RP = RPS (simplex DD port)

TCP/IP settings in Lan properties

    IP address : 10.110.54.32 <VK4TUX gw ip
 subnet mask: 255.0.0.0
   Gateway : 10.0.0.1
      DNS : 10.0.0.1

regards

Adrian
