Scott,

My IC91AD has many frequencies programed in the memories.  I think this is part 
of the CPU initial setup and used for testing at the manufacture.  It might 
have been setup by external programming such as with a PC.

It has as some as follows:

mem 010 top band 6.055
011 6.080
012 6.090
020 7.160
030 9.475
040 9.705
041 162.400

and many more.

I give these above so you can check to see if you have same thing.  If so it 
would indicate a manufacturing procedure for some testing to verify the rig 
functions as it should.
