Once D-RATS started using an installer, after my suggestion, it installed just 
fine.
I'm not opposed to discussing D-RATS &�CHIRPS here since they seem to be 
very�valuable tools
that everyone should be aware of and discuss how they use them.
However when the discussion turns to debuging code & discussing installation 
issues then perhaps
another group would be more appropriate just as the DV-DONGLE�has it's own 
group.
