Thanks Pete,

However, I find that not to be the case. I personally use the same callsign,
W1FJM, for all my radios and the dongle. When I am logged in with the dongle
I show up with "AA1HD Dongle User DVD" under the reporting node. When I use
my radio I show with "AA1HD C 2 Meters" under the reporting node. Others in
my area use their same call for both RF and the dongle and they show up as I
do. However, when WV1K transmits using his ID-800 he shows "AA1HD B 440 MHZ
DVD" under the reporting node. I don't think he has a dongle.

Is there a reason for this?

The DVD entry is made by the DPlus software. Therefore, if the person
uses the same callsign and ID (eighth character) for a radio and the
Dongle, that callsign and ID will carry the DVD identification.
