Can you tell us when exactly the exchange will happen in UTCH I ask because a lot of repeaters have dynamic IP addresses which will change every 24 hours. I would try to call a few minutes after an exchange to DB0DF (Berlin) for example. And can you check whether the exchange is currently workingH DB0TVM did have temporarly another IP-address (from Saturday evening until Monday morning japanese time) but the JP8YDZ-repeater did not send the packages to the new IP-address during that time.
