I run the dongle with a dual Intel iMac with 1GB of RAM and the Dongle runs like a champ. The direction and documentation have a lot to be desired but I think it took me about 20-30 minutes to get the dongle installed. There was an issue with the gateway I registered with but once we trouble shot that issue, totally unrelated to the dongle I should clarify, this has worked like a champ. I use a high speed internet connection from Verizon and I only have run into a couple hiccups when I was opening a huge document while chatting on DStar. I have made quite a few contacts who all compliment the audio quality from the Logitech USB headset.
