If you have both a DV-Dongle and an ID-1 connected, you will see /dev/ttyUSB0 & /dev/ttyUSB1. You have to figure out which is which. Hint: first one connected gets ttyUSB0, second one ttyUSB1, and so on. If your ID-1 ends up on ttyUSB1, you then "ln -s /dev/ttyUSB1 /dev/ttyS4" so that in any case the ID-1 software will end up using COM Port 5.
