Marshall, The best place to get Dongle info is the Dongle list (HYPERLINK "mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]"[EMAIL PROTECTED]).
There is really no installation for the beta releases, just download the DVTool-1.10beta3.jar file and place it in the DVtool folder. You should then be able to double click that file and start the software.
