I am contemplating putting up a repeater in the Lake Chatuge Basin, which is bordered by Hiawassee, GA and Hayesville, NC.
There are many people who vacation in this in area and/or maintain vacation homes in this area, we are about 1.5 hours North of Atlanta and about 1 hour South of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
