Dear Gene in the Mic/Ear-cable Pin 8 and 9 are shorted so the internal Mic and Speaker are switched off - in other words GND with OPTV. I found a sheet there is PTT between GND with an Resistor of 33kOhm to Mic, the Mic is with a capacitor of 4,7 µF to GND. The Clone-Pin (pin 3) of a 3,5mm Plug is in the middle - this is you have to use two Mic/Ear-cable to clone the trx. GND you found on the outher pin of both 3,5mm and 2,5mm The Middle Pin of the 2,5mm Plus is +5V !!!!! This is Pin 2 on the icom plug ! Hope it helps vy 73 Vajk
