D-STAR Hot Spot v2.10 is now available for download from the files section of the gmsk_dv_node Yahoo group.
If you are upgrading from a previous version, you will need to uninstall the old version before installing the new one. Updated information and instructions can be found here: http://www.W9ARP.com/HotSpot/ Changes in version 2.10: - Can now be linked/unlinked remotely over RF just like DPlus - Added D-STAR DVR functionality to record/playback QSO's - Added 4 Quick Tune buttons to the main window. - Added 0.5 second timer between last RX and following TX (on RF). This seems to help with callsign display. - Fixed a bug that would cause Hot Spot to transmit an ID while receiving from the GMSK sound card decoder - Added better handling for a lost connection to the GMSK sound card decoder while receiving a stream - Added a timeout timer. If receiving for more that 178 continuous seconds from RF, Hot Spot will timeout and ignore the rest of the RF stream.
