Hi Nick, Sorry I have not updated you before now. Our gateway is currently down due to an ISP problem that requires my presence to fix. I have been working with the ISP's NOC to resolve the problem. We had planned to resolve the problem this past Wednesday but work got in the way of my free day off. The bad news is that we are still down until at least next Wednesday. The good news is that is that we will register you in another system so you can use your new toy. I have ask one of the other Florida admins to enter your call into their system. You will be able to use any of the local systems once you are registered. Once again I apologize for the delay, but Super Bowl has us all scrambling and working very long hours.
