I am curious if there are any D-Star repeaters planned for the Salem Oregon area. Specifically ones that can be accessed by a handheld. I have tried accessing one in Beaverton and there is one listed west of me but I am unable to access them. I am currently only working simplex with D-star. Kind of a semi private frequency for me and my wife when we are out and about. Thanks for any info.
