Greetings.. again... Well, I don't know how it happened but my R1 problem seems to have cured itself... I should mention that I noticed that, while I was, initially, attempting to do this R1 programing my handheld went blank. So I plugged in my charger.. Later, I attempted to program R1 and it would not accept my programing.. Also the screan started to go blank again.... So I decided to recharge it again.. Anyways I was puzzled about the recharging so I put my battery on a professional battery analyzer only to find that the battery was quite low in voltage... I then discovered that my battery charger, that came with the radio, was not plugged into my power bar.. It was just sitting on the power bar.. I looked like it was plugged in.. grrrr After letting the battery charge up, for few hours, I noticed that R1 was not properly programmed...hummmm... Strange...
