As far as anyone has ever posted, there is NO 3rd party source for that connector. It's proprietary. Best you can do is cut up an Icom cable, which is outrageously expensive.
It's also one of the major selling points of the IC-91AD over the IC-92AD for those who want to make cables for various test or other purposes for low-speed data or different mic/audio hookups.
