Hello Everyone:

I am an owner of a analog repeater operating in Queens, NY. I started
experimenting with Echolink and in a short time realized that the platform
falls short. Then I read about D-Star and the Internet Gateway, Wow!

The site where my repeater is at has no Internet access. As such while
operating Echolink, I had a remote at my home with Internet access which worked
well for the most part. I don't believe that I will be able to this with
D-Star operating remotely.

My question, with a notebook computer using Linux would I be able to configure
a wireless device to seek out a WIFI network and provide and Internet gateway
to the system?

Thanks in Advance,

Artie
