There was a hardware upgrade on the IC91 around May of 08 to fix the A band Scan receive going dead in Dual Band operation. If you have this problem contact Icom Tech support for repair and return. The B band no dstar receive after power up in dual band mode has been witnessed by folks at Icom and a fix is being explored.
