In source routing (NOT Dplus Linking) UR* means you reached your intended destination repeater UR=/XX#XX^C or Individual Call Sign UR=XX#XX and the UR* is a reply back from the destination as opposed to RPT* where you didn't reach your destination or the destination was busy. (this is what is seen on the ID800 Screen)
You must also have RPT1 and RPT2 set correctly and MY Registered in the system.
