The IC-80 is a non D-Star handheld, maybe the last of them from Icoms point of view. It covers 6m, 2m and 70cms, and in the UK 4m also. It's a fairly standard handheld and not comparable to the IC-91 or IC-92 from the digital side.
Jonathan G4KLX [ED - Jonathan, the IC-80AD is a new D-STAR model, along with the new mobile ID-880. The IC-80AD is marketed in some markets as the ID-80, which may lead to some model confusion. See: http://www.icomamerica.com/en/products/amateur/dstar/ic80ad/default.aspx]
