I have a similar problem. Got the RT software and it worked great, then was convinced to use the ICOM software since many locals are using it and I could get their files. As soon as I installed the ICOM software the RT software failed to work. Have not taken the time to call RT and see if there is a solution, even though it seems to be an ICOM problem.
