It is with the greatest sorrow that I let all know of the passing of Charlie. He passed away on Saturday June 13th at his home from a sudden illness. Charlie embraced DSTAR with the same love he had for all modes of amateur radio. It brought him many hours of pleasure and he returned the same to us. Charlie was a mentor and elmer to many hams, both young and old. He was a good friend and will be greatly missed.
