Test with two VERY strong stations into the repeater and see how it goes. People are often surprised at how much error correction is really going on when they first start experimenting with D-RATS which has none. What SOUNDS fine when you're talking to one another, is often a very marginal signal that has a very mangled data stream. If you have access to your Gateway server, you can also often see this very well in real-time by watching the dplus.log file. If the callsign information doesn't change on EVERY transmission, the headers are being missed, which are also not error-corrected. -- Nate Duehr, WY0X [email protected] http://facebook.com/denverpilot http://twitter.com/denverpilot
