Were the two ID-1's in range of one another?

If that is the case how does ID-1 to ID-1 DD communication work when 
they are both connected to the RPS module? How did we (two ID-1 DD 
users) communicate a file transfer or message using Network Assistant 
via DD on the RPS rf connection? < Genuine question. Not suggesting you 
are incorrect, and I am probaly wrong in my anology, but I was under the 
impression that the rps point passes this information through the rf 
connected intranet*, when it is called for by other intranet clients*, 
on the same 10.0.0.1 submask. I should not have said the rf going in is 
repeated, but the data within passes on as required by the other clients 
connected to the rps module, when required or asked for and not otherwise.
