As president and Repeater chairman of the Orlando Amateur Radio Club,
I would like to thank Evans for his undying support of my team's
efforts to making the "Florida Network" possible. He has been there
helping us since the OARC started its D-STAR Project.
Our club has dedicated a substantial part of the profits from our
successful Annual Orlando HamCationsm to this project as part of its
ongoing effort to "Give Back" to the Amateur Radio Communiuty for its
support of our Show. We are currently working with the Seminole
County ARES group to generate interest in D-STAR (Hopefully convert
one of their Repeaters for D-STAR).
In addition my thanks go to my dedicated Repeater team, without their
efforts none of this would be possible".
