Anyone in range, with DV enabled, will hear unless they have callsign
or group squelch turned on.

Yes on simplex frequency it will not matter the other simplex
frequency
users will hear
you fine regardless of your urcall, rpt1 and rpt2 settings as you are
not utilising a repeater controller
and gateway system.
