The ARRL/TAPR DCC (Digital Communications Conference) is in Chicago on 
September 25 - 27.

Tom, N4ZPT, Ham Coordinator at Marine Corp Marathon in Washington D.C. will  
present
"Use of Digital Communications at the Marine Corp Marathon".
Tom's presentaiton will include an overview of the use of Packet Radio & D-STAR 
High-Speed IP Data at the marathon.
His presentation is scheduled for Saturday afternoon, 9/26.
