OK, just wanted to verify. It's hard to diagnose from a distance, but
I would suspect a defect in in 91AD "B" based on the description you
have provided.

91AD "B" call sign and message went fine on DV and No Buzz on FM
from "A" to "B"; same distance "B" to "A" DV did not work and Buzz
heard. On 70 cm everything worked fine "A" to "B" and "B" to "A". On
an IC-2820 with remote antenna same affect when trying to use 91AD
"B".
