You'd need something between the USB interface and the radio itself, which means a USB-to-serial adapter. If you have one of those, you can get the mini plug and a DB-9 from radio shack for pretty cheap. If not, you'll need to buy one. They can be had from various online vendors in the vicinity of $15, but some of them are junk. The radio does *not* speak USB so you need an active conversion to RS-232.
