[DSTAR_DIGITAL] Internet Via ID-800H

Hi All,
Just completed making a serial to icom ID-800H radio interface cable. I thought 
I heard somewhere that you can use the radio to browse the internet or send 
email *AT LOW SPEEDS*. Is this possible? How would I have to configure my 
radio? Currently i have it set to autoTX and gps off. I have played around with 
D-rats but was only able to make contact on the internet connection.
