Hello,
It is customary to put your call sign or name and call in your email. That
way we know
we are talking to a licensed amateur operator or if not you can indicate
that you are
interested in obtaining your license.

The first question was answered previously but it is YES D-Star is capable
of talking
simplex from one D-Star radio to another.

As for the DVDongle question, I am not sure exactly what you are asking. The
only way
a DVDongle works is by connecting to a computer with DVDongle software that
allows you
to connect to a D-Star repeater gateway or D-Star reflector via the
internet. The only way
that the Dongle can connect is via the internet through a computer, it has
no RF capabilities therefore it cannot talk directly to a D-Star radio.
I hope this sheds some light on D-Star for you and answers your questions.
