If you use a GPS receiver with your ID800 for position reporting or have a GPS emulator program to mimic the function of a GPS receiver for use at fixed locations, C1 contains the message string used for position reporting: http://www.aprs-is.net/DPRSCalc.aspx
Many folks do not use reflectors and instead source route their calls. A message like SET UR=/K5CTX C tells the receiving station how to answer your call. (unfortunately, many hams have never learned to set UR for call routing). Also some JA stations have a message like RX>CS (maybe order reversed) to let the receiving station know to capture their call to reply. JA stations do not have reflectors or dplus and rely on source routing.
