We plan on purging the flagged gateways on Saturday evening (CDT). Most of the gateways that have been flagged for deletion have zero or few users so the impact of this action should be minimal. For your convenience, we have compiled a report that details the gateways that are flagged for deletion along with a list of the users who are registered on each. The report is here: http://dsync. <http://dsync.dstarusers.org/us_root_cleanup_20100320.pdf> dstarusers.org/us_root_cleanup_20100320.pdf It is extremely important that you keep your gateways on the network and functioning properly. If your gateway is experiencing a problem, please notify the Trust Server Admins (trust-sever- <mailto:trust-sever-admins%40dstarusers.org> [email protected]) immediately. If you can not get your gateway back online and functioning properly in a reasonable amount of time, we may be forced to purge it from US Root in order to protect the integrity of our global network. Any user who was registered on a gateway that was purged will need to re-register on another gateway. For those of you who run gateway systems that are only used periodically, we ask that you leave the gateway computer attached to a working Internet connection at all times. This way, it can remain current and will be ready and reliable when you need it. Regards, Brian, NJ6N US Root Trust Server Team
